How do I use it?

  1. Measure: Use the provided measuring spoon to scoop out one serving. A typical daily serving size is around a pea-sized portion, which is approximately 500mg. You can adjust the amount based on your needs and tolerance.
  2. Dissolve in liquid: Place the measured shilajit resin into a small glass or cup. Then, add warm water, milk, or any other beverage of your choice. Warm liquids can help soften the resin and make it easier to dissolve. Stir the mixture thoroughly until the resin completely dissolves.
  3. Drink the mixture: Once the shilajit resin is dissolved in the liquid, drink the mixture. You can also add honey or lemon juice to improve the taste if desired.

Is a measuring spoon included?

Yes, your order includes a measuring spoon tailored to scoop the recommended serving size.

How long will one jar last?

Each jar contains 50g of shilajit and provides approximately 100 servings. We recommend 1-2 servings daily, so this quantity will typically last you for around 2 to 3 months.

What's the difference between the Single, Duo, and Trio variants?

Our Single, Duo, and Trio variants indicate the number of shilajit jars included in each option.

Opting for the Duo and Trio options allows you to save more per jar compared to purchasing them individually.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders shipped with Free Standard Shipping are delivered within 3-6 business days.

For expedited delivery, we also provide a 2-Day Shipping option for a flat fee of $8.95.

I'm not happy with my order. How can I get a refund?

If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 60 days of delivery for a refund.

How to complete your return:
1. Email us at hello@auterrashilajit.com with your receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Follow the return instructions provided by our team.
3. Share your tracking number, as proof of return.

The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

If you received a defective or damaged item, promptly contact us at hello@auterrashilajit.com with a photo of the damaged item and details of the issue. We will send you a replacement right away.

Are there any restocking fees for returns?

No, there are no restocking fees for returns. However, customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost associated with the return.
